Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

• All cancellations are non-refundable. You may, however, convert the unused balance into an Evare gift card for future use.

No-Shows

• Customers who fail to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Early Returns

• If a vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, unused days are non-refundable.

Modifications to Reservations

• Reservation changes (e.g., dates, times, or vehicle selection) are subject to availability.

• If the modification results in a higher rental cost, the customer is responsible for the difference.

Exceptions

• In cases of verified emergencies (e.g., medical, flight cancellation, extreme weather), Evare Auto Group may issue a credit voucher for future use, at our discretion
